- £4.99: A guaranteed insured next (working) day delivery service, when orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri.
- FREE delivery: Delivery in around 3-4 days.
- Your very first order with Maximuscle may take an extra 1-2 days for credit card authorisation.
- Some parts of the U.K, Shetland Island, etc...do not offer next (working) day delivery, please allow 2-3 working days instead.
- Please note: that the above mentioned does not apply for orders paid by cheque as we need to allow for the cheques to clear. Please expect your orders to be delivered within 10 working days.
- All cash/postal orders must be sent by 'Special Delivery'. Channel Islands and the Rest of the World
- The Postage & Packaging costs are worked out according to the weight and destination.
International Delivery
- Please be advised that you may be charged Duty and Customs charges by your destination country for which you will be liable.

- £2.50 for parcels up to 2kg
- £5.87 for parcels up to 10kg (Please contact the Sales Team for orders over 10kg).

Title of goods
All goods remain the property of Maximuscle until full payment has been received. Recovery of unpaid goods will be in accordance with the law.Return, Refusal, Error or Change of mind surcharge
- If orders are returned to Maximuscle for any of the above reasons, a surcharge will become payable (please see below).
- Normally if you are not available to take delivery of your order, a card will be left notifying you of who to contact or where to collect it from. In the event you don't respond to the card within 7 days, your order will be automatically returned to Maximuscle. Your order will not be re-sent, unless the relevant surcharge and an additional delivery charge is paid. Please always check with Maximuscle or your local depot if you are expecting an order which is late, as the delivery company may have your order at the depot.
- In the event of a refusal, change of mind, ordered in error or doctors recommendation not to take....a surcharge (see below) will be deducted from any refund.
- The surcharges are in place to cover the costs of re-stocking, handling & administration and will not be waived under any circumstances.
Surcharges
- Orders over £100 (excl. P&P) will incur a £15 surcharge (plus where applicable, the P&P cost to re-send the goods.)
- Orders Under £100 (excl. P&P) will incur a 15% surcharge or a minimum charge of £5, whichever is the greater (plus where applicable, the P&P cost to re-send the goods).
Refunds
- Postage and packing costs are not refundable. The costs we charge are heavily subsidised and therefore will be deducted when a refund is issued. Please note by ordering from Maximuscle direct not only are you getting great prices, deals and the guarantee, you are also not paying for petrol or parking expenses. Claims
- Maximuscle always aim to use the most reliable freight service. Maximuscle uses insured postal services and has systems in place to minimise damaged or lost goods.
- All orders are weighed before leaving to ensure the correct order has been packed. All missing item claims will be verified against this. Any missing or damaged items are investigated fully and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All claims MUST be made in writing. Please note that in all instances where fraud has been committed, Maximuscle will prosecute.
